Message From Diane

Calling all Guild Members!!!

If you have some special tricks or tips, or any kind of quilting skill you’d like to pass on to other quilters please consider doing a lecture/demo at the quilt show. It doesn’t have to be long…15 to 30 minutes average. I have lots of times available both days. Our wonderful resident miniature/antique quilt aficionado, Bobi Harris, has agreed to do her lecture at the show. I look forward to seeing all those lovely quilts again. Our own Judi Niemeyer expert, Diana Simkins, will be demoing machine turned applique. That is another one I don’t want to miss. Maybe I won’t have to learn to needle turn applique by hand (sorry Bobi!). Two of the guild’s small business women, The very talented LaDonna Fabian has graciously agreed to demo her machine sewn binding technique. Connie Roope and Ann Lauer will also be doing demos….yet to be determined. Gosh, we are a talented group! Come on ladies, the quilt show is your time to share your love of quilting with the public so don’t be shy, share your knowledge! Let’s show Helena what a fun guild we are!

Email Diane Haun at or call 406-461-0119 to schedule a demo time.
