Needed: 2 Greeters and 2 to bring Treats for the February meeting. Let Diane know at the January meeting if you can fill either of these needs. Thanks!

2017 Retreat—Thursday April 27 thru Sunday April 30. Stage Stop Inn, Choteau MT, 1005 Main Ave N. I’ll start taking deposits for the retreat at the January meeting.

Deposit is $70 due by March 9, 2017, with the balance of $100 due by the April meeting, April 13, 2017.

Cost includes double occupancy room, 2 queen beds per room, the motel’s continental breakfast and 3 catered dinners.

You are on your own for lunch. Each room has its own mini fridge and coffee maker. There is also a big fridge and commercial ice maker we can use in the catering kitchen.

I believe the breakfast room of the hotel has coffee and tea available all day.

There is also a pool and hot tub available and a small on-site bar.

When you pay your deposit please also let me know who you are rooming with. If you don’t have a roommate choice I will assign a roommate after all deposits have been made.

Also if you have any dietary restrictions/needs, gluten, vegan etc. please let me know that. The caterer is very accommodating and did not seem to have a problem if we had any of those kinds of requests.

The option is also available to stay in a room by yourself. The cost for that is $280.

If you have any questions call Diane Haun at 461-0119.
